Order Processing
All orders are processed within 1–2 business days after payment is confirmed. Orders placed on weekends or federal holidays will be processed on the next business day.
Shipping Coverage
We currently ship exclusively within the United States.
International shipping is not available at this time.
Shipping Methods and Delivery Estimates
All domestic orders are shipped through standard U.S. carriers.
Estimated delivery time for all orders is 7–14 business days.
Delivery times may vary due to carrier delays, weather conditions, or high‑volume periods.
Order Tracking
Once your order has shipped, a confirmation email containing a tracking number will be sent. Tracking information may require up to 24 hours to update.
Incorrect or Incomplete Addresses
Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information. Orders returned due to incorrect or incomplete addresses may require additional payment for reshipment.
Lost or Delayed Packages
If a package is delayed or appears lost, customers should first contact the carrier using the tracking number provided. If the issue remains unresolved, our support team will assist with further steps.
Damaged Shipments
If an order arrives damaged, customers must notify us within 48 hours of delivery and provide photos of the item and packaging. We will arrange a replacement or refund depending on the situation.
Order Modifications and Cancellations
Requests to modify or cancel an order can only be accommodated before the order has shipped. Once an order is in transit, it cannot be changed.
